The Administration and Moderating team at Standard Warfare would like to make the game as pleasurable as possible for all members, so we ask you to please abide by the following rules and regulations.
This document was designed to clarify various responsibilities of members here at Standard Warfare Please read it and become familiar with it, as it's terms are agreed by all members.

Anyone that fails to abide by the regulations set will be subject to consequences.

  1. Registration Guidelines
    1. When registering an account, you must only use an E-Mail address that is yours, registering with a fake E-Mail address or someone else's is strictly forbidden and will result in suspension or even banning/deletion of your account.
    2. You must not register multiple accounts, registering multiple accounts is classed as cheating and will not be tolerated, if you are found to be using more than one account, all of your accounts may be suspended or deleted.
  2. Account Usage
    1. You must not share accounts, if someone else registered an account and gave it to you, you must not use the account and doing so will be classed as sharing an account. If you are found to be sharing an account, the account will be suspended/deleted.
    2. You must not use your account as a way of making money, using an account on Standard Warfare to make money is not allowed, this can mean selling your account to someone else, charging someone money to not attack them or anything that involves money being exchanged for services involving Standard Warfare.
    3. You must not perform any illegal activities with your account.
  3. Personal Messaging
  4. Personal Messaging is a courtesy and not a right, breaking any of the following rules can result in the removal of this courtesy from your account.

    1. You must not send any messages containing any racial or abusive language. If you are found to be flaming somebody or sending illegal messages, you will have your account suspended or deleted.
    2. You must not use the personal messaging system to make any false claims or pretend to be an administrator, asking for a users password or any other personal information is forbidden and will result in consequences.
  5. Recruitment Links
    1. You must not Spam your link anywhere where it is not allowed, e.g. forums, chat rooms, etc. If we receive complaints from others about recruitment link spamming, your account may be suspended or deleted.
    2. You must not click yours or anyone else's link more than once in a 24 hour period, by means of using proxies or any other IP hiding devices. You may allow other people to click your link or click your link on multiple PC's i.e. your home PC and work PC, but must not use any other devices.
    3. You must not E-Mail your link to people who you do not know, or use E-Mail lists to spam your link.
    4. You must not post your link on any sites containing adult only content.
    5. You must not trick people into clicking your link by any means.
    6. You must not pay others to click your link for you, this is again prohibited and doing so will result in the suspension/deletion of your account.
    7. You must not use an automated process/script to gain recruitments automatically.
  6. General
    1. You must not attempt to abuse the server or abuse security holes/bugs in the system, if you find a bug, simply report it using the bug tracker.
    2. You must not use an automated process or script to request any pages on the server, we will be able to find out about this, and doing so will result in heavy consequences.
  7. Consequences
  8. Breaking any rules listed above will result in consequences. It is up to the Administrator or Moderator who punishes you as to the extent of the punishment. Consequences can be anything from a simple warning to the deletion of your account and even contacting your ISP.
